I’m Maricruz Dolado, founder of Maricruz Interiors, a luxury interior design studio based in North Bristol, servicing Almondsbury, Thornbury, Clifton, Bath, and The Cotswolds.

Born in Madrid, I studied Technical Architecture before moving to the UK in 2013. Since then, I’ve made Bristol my home, building my career and refining my vision for luxury and elegant interiors. To deepen my expertise, I went on to study Interior Design at the prestigious KLC School of Design in London, where I combined my technical knowledge with my passion for creating premium, sophisticated, lifestyle-driven homes.

With a unique foundation in both architecture and interior design, I bring precision, problem-solving, and creativity to every project. My technical background allows me to refine architectural plans with ease, while my design training ensures every space I create balances beauty with functionality.

Over the past decade, I’ve collaborated closely with architects, developers, and construction teams, bridging the gap between design and build. From concept to completion, I thrive on orchestrating projects with care, managing every detail seamlessly, and ensuring the journey feels effortless for my clients.

Inspired since childhood by my developer father and my mother’s love of interior design, I bring both heritage and heart to my work. Drawing inspiration from the charm and character of the English country home, my signature style balances tradition with a modern sensibility. I create spaces that feel layered and refined, defined by textural depth and a sense of understated luxury—soft neutrals and muted hues complemented by subtle, uplifting accents of colour.
