What is included?
Design scope meeting
An initial meeting to gain a clear understanding of your project and the level of involvement required. Following this, we will prepare and present a tailored interior design fee proposal. This session is charged at £250, which will be deducted from your final invoice should you proceed with the service.
Conceptual Design
Upon acceptance of our Design Fee proposal, we begin developing your design concept. Your brief is carefully analysed, developed, and presented on a room-by-room basis. This stage explores the overall design direction through colour palettes, high-level imagery, and spatial planning. Scaled floor plans are also created to highlight any proposed layout adjustments, including structural considerations that may need to be discussed or addressed before moving forward with the detailed design phase.
Detailed design package
A comprehensive design deliverable including carefully considered 2D furniture layouts, lighting and electrical plans, window dressing schemes, one digital design board per room, one rendered bathroom elevation, physical materials and finish sample boards, detailed trade schedules and specifications, as well as site visits at key stages of the project to ensure the design is implemented seamlessly and in line with the overall vision.
Virtual meetings for regular updates and presentations
Throughout the project, we hold scheduled virtual meetings to provide progress updates, present key design stages, and ensure every detail is aligned with your vision. These sessions offer clarity, allow for thoughtful feedback, and keep the design process moving forward in a structured and collaborative way.
Optional upgrades
- Procurement service, including access to trade-only suppliers (minimum £8,000 spend per room)
- Project coordination and management for joinery, kitchen suppliers, and selected trades
- Installation and styling service to bring the design to completion
- Additional site visits, showroom visits, or personal shopping appointments
- 3D visualisations and renders
